PASSWORD RECOVERY
The Password recovery starts by obtaining your 'User ID', then it presents you with your password question and checks your answer, if it matches the answer in the database, it sends the password to you by e-mail.

If password was stored in an encrypted format, it decrypts it first. If it was hashed, it generates a new password and sends it to you.
